Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator that affects estrogen signaling at the hypothalamic-pituitary level. This can influence the body’s release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which are involved in regulation of gonadal function and testosterone production in men.
