What Is Baclofen?
Baclofen is a centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant. It acts primarily as an agonist at GABA-B receptors and can help decrease muscle spasticity.
Baclofen is used for the management of spasticity associated with certain neurologic conditions.
Your healthcare provider will determine whether baclofen is appropriate for you and prescribe the appropriate concentration, dose, and treatment schedule.
