What Is Benazepril?

Benazepril is an ACE inhibitor. It reduces the formation of angiotensin II, which can help relax blood vessels and reduce blood pressure.

Benazepril may be prescribed for certain cardiovascular conditions. The appropriate use, concentration, dose, and treatment schedule should be determined by your healthcare provider.

Important Information

Benazepril can lower blood pressure and affect kidney function and potassium levels. Your healthcare provider may recommend periodic monitoring while you are taking this medication.
